2.Welding robot workstation workflow

(1) First, fix the product to be welded on therotary positioner of station A, and then fix it with a special manual three-jawchuck (the machine is equipped with a laser red dot, in order to ensure thestarting point of product installation). This ensures repeatable installationof the product, prevents workpieces from falling off during welding, and avoidswelding distortion in certain areas.

(2) Obtain the required processing program in therobot welding control, and open the laser welding seam tracking software

(3) Press the start button of the positioner atstation A, and the welding robot automatically performs the position welding ofthe laser welding seam of the workpiece at station A and the position requiredfor automatic welding. At this point, the operator can install the product onthe platform of station B, the installation is completed, and then press the startbutton of the robot station B.

(4) After the welding of station A is completed, therobot will automatically weld the products of station B (the operator kept thestart button of station B in the previous step). At this time, the operatormanually removes the products of station A. Repeat the installation again.


3.Workpiece precision requirement
