2.Welding robot workstation workflow

(1) First, fix the product to be welded on the platform of the A station,and then fix it with a special fixing fixture. This ensures reproducibleinstallation of the product, prevents the workpiece from falling off during thewelding process and avoids welding distortion in certain areas.

(2) Obtain the required machining program in the robot welding control

(3) Press the start button of the A station positioner, and then thewelding robot automatically performs the position welding required for the Astation workpiece. At this point, the operator can install the product on theplatform of the B station, the installation is completed, and then press thestart button of the robot B station.

(4) After waiting for the welding of station A, the robot will automaticallycarry out the welding of the B station product (in the previous step, theoperator retained the start button of the B station), at this time the operatormanually removed the product of the A station. Repeat the installation again.

(5) Repeat the above steps

3.Workpiece precision requirement:

(1)Thesurface of the work shall not affect the quality of welding oil, rust, moisture;

(2)Mustnot affect the positioning of burrs, etc.;

(3)Theclearance shall be no more than 1mm;

(4)The consistency error of the same weld group is lessthan 0.5m。

4.Component:
