1.Equipment technical characteristics:

This machine (KLTHFH-1000ET-P) is the main automation of Plasmasurfacing welding machine, supporting workpiece length 1000mm and diameter 550mm.



1, The most importantcharacteristics of laser cladding are heat concentration, fast heating, fastcooling, and small heat affected zone, especially for melting between differentmaterials, which has incomparable characteristics compared to other heatsources.

2. The cooling rateis fast (up to 106K/s), belonging to the rapid solidification process, which iseasy to obtain fine-grained structures or new phases that cannot be obtained inequilibrium, such as unstable phases, amorphous states, etc.

3. The coating hasa low dilution rate (generally less than 5%) and exhibits a strongmetallurgical or interfacial diffusion bond with the substrate. By adjustingthe laser process parameters, a laser cladding machine can obtain a goodcoating with a low dilution rate, and the coating composition and dilutiondegree are controllable.

4. The heat inputand distortion of the laser cladding machine are relatively small, especiallywhen using high power density rapid cladding, the deformation can be reduced towithin the assembly tolerance of the parts.


5. There are almostno restrictions on powder selection, especially when depositing high meltingpoint alloys on the surface of low melting point metals. The thickness range ofthe laser cladding machine's cladding layer is large, with a single powderfeeding coating thickness of 0.2-2.0mm.

6. Capable ofselective deposition with low material consumption and excellentcost-effectiveness.

7. Beam aiming candeposit areas that are difficult to access.
