KLTHG-LHF-400C is a productdesigned, manufactured and developed by our company. Used for circumferentialseam welding or 3D arc welding of water tank flange nuts, cylinder inlet andoutlet pipes, oil tank inlet and outlet, and hydraulic cylinder oil port.
Themachine rotates the welding gun 360 °, and the workpiece is at a standstill.Welding of circular seams (including intersection lines) where the entrance andexit and water tanks, hydraulic cylinders and other vertical intersections arerealized.

2. Introduction to Verticalring seam automatic welding machine
2.1 Weldable materials include: 45#, 27SiMn, 35#,20#, stainless steel, etc.;
2.2 It ismainly driven by a stepper motor. The control system uses cnc controller andrelay control as auxiliary to realize automatic control of welding. The weldingcurrent and voltage can be set directly on the operation panel. The machine hasreliable quality, beautiful appearance and high degree of automation.
2.3 The equipmenthas the functions of automatic lifting, automatic reset, automatic arcstriking,etc. It has a high degree of automation, a key operation, andstable and reliable operation. V-type thimble positioning mechanism is used forclamping to facilitate loading and unloading of workpieces.
2.4 For theintersecting line welds, the equipment is equipped with a mechanical copyingmechanism.When welding the inlet/outlet port on the cylinder body, it isnecessary to follow the contour height difference between the surface of the jointand the cylinder so as to weld the intersecting line curve. Welding cylinderinterface, equipped with two lifting V-shaped frame for supporting the cylinderblock, under the V-frame roller, can be manually moved to facilitate the transposition.Under the fixture is equipped with an adjustable lifting platform.
2.5 Machine features
The device body has thefollowing parts;
2.5.1 base and bed: bearingbody, to bear the weight of the whole machine.
2.5.2 Welding Drive Mechanism:
1) Automatic pneumatic lifting mechanism of the welding torch: It iscomposed of a bottom plate, a guide rail and a lifting cylinder. It can be usedfor up and down movement of the welding torch and resetting of the weldingtorch; the gun speed can be adjusted by raising and lowering the cylinderadjusting valve; the rotating speed of the welding torch can be set by thespeed adjusting knob; the torch moves up and down, and the length of thewelding torch is adjusted by the manual screw positioning.
2) Turning gun mechanism: It consists of a rotating gun shaft and a geardrive mechanism. DC Stepper motor drive, this machine uses the workpiece doesnot move, welding torch rotation welding.
3) Up and down the gunfine-tuning mechanism (imitation mechanism): from the spring, the roller trackup and down gun movement, with the gun movement to complete the welding torch'sintersecting line track welding.
2.5.3 Pneumatic system: The device has an organichead cylinder. Supporting pneumatic components and solenoid valves areinstalled behind the equipment. When the equipment is working, make sure theair pressure is above 0.5Mpa.
2.5.4 The electronic controlsystem is subdivided as follows:
1) Power Supply Part: Control Power Supply: SinglePhase AC220V 50/60HZ; Welder Power Supply:AC 3×380V 50/60HZ;
2) Control Box: The upper part of the controlbox is a button panel. All operations are performed on this panel. Electricalinstallation board: The electrical installation board is mainly composed ofelectrical components such as cnc welding controller , intermediate relay, andDC stepper motor driver. It connects and communicateswith the control buttonson the control panel through cables and wires to realize the control functionof the machine.

3.Introduction to CNCcontroller
3.1Explanation of buttons
Powerlight:The powerswitch of the machine.
Emergencystop :Press the emergency stop button to stop the spindle, close the welding, andrestore the pneumatic system.
Weldingswitch ON/OFF: The controller can automatically turn off and on duringoperation.
Weldingtorch UP/Down: Control welding gun 1 or 2 pneumatic lifting slide.
StartUP:Automatic operation starts
3.2Controller Description
AutoRun:press this automatically operate programs opened last time.
JOG:Press it to enter manual mode, which canmanually control the selection of the spindle box, and so on.
PROG: Programediting screen, opening program, etc.
PAR:Theparameter settings of the machine can be set without the need for users tooperate after the machine leaves the factory.
ESC:Return/Exit button.
3.3How to automatically run a program:
Press'AUTO 'on the controller,Turn on theknob of the welding switch and then press the start button.
Ifonly testing and not welding: Please rotate the welding switch to OFF.
