1.1 Machine characteristics

Designed for fullyautomatic welding of tube sheets, suitable for automatic welding of generaltube sheet forms. Various types of pipe/tube plate joints made of carbon steel,stainless steel, and other materials can be welded, mainly with the pipeprotruding and flush, and can be filled with or without wire, achieving idealwelding results with high reproducibility. The standard configuration is asmall end, and the addition of a trailing cover device can be used for weldingof high protection metals such as titanium alloys. For tube plates with adiameter of less than 32mm, the conventional positioning method is to useelastic clamp positioning for tube plates with a diameter of more than 32mm.Our tube sheet automatic welding machine can be used in conjunction withKLTW400 programmable welding power supply, mainly used in industries such aschemical, food, pharmaceutical, various heat exchangers, boilers, power plants,and nuclear power.

1.1.1 Workpiececonditions:

a. Pipediameter: at80: Φ 12- Φ 76mm; (The pipes are flush and can be welded even whenextended)

b. Pipematerial: stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium alloy, etc;

c. Weldingposture: full position welding;

d. Weldingmethod: the pipe is flush and extends out;

e. Whenwelding, the original metal color should be exposed 5-8mm at the weldingjunction, without dust, etc;

f. The gapbetween the tube and the tube plate should be small.

1.2 Structural features:

1. The tube platewelding machine adopts a self-developed tube plate welding operation frame,which is lightweight, beautiful, stable and reliable;

8. The head adopts aninfinite rotation structure, and the wire, water, and air are not entangled atthe head;

9. Water cooledpositioning mandrel to prevent internal flow after melting of the pipe head,and ensure beautiful weld formation; The welding gun can rotate continuously,adjust the arc length, and achieve multi-layer welding;

10. The control systemdesign is people-oriented and easy to operate. By inputting process parametersthrough the touch screen, welding parameters can be modified in real-time throughthe manual box, and the welding process can be monitored in real-time throughthe touch screen, which is convenient and fast.

This tube platewelding machine head is a specialized welding head designed for all positionTIG welding, suitable for all position tube plate welding with an outer diameterof 16~80mm pipes.

1. The product is mainlyused for pipe and tube plate welding, in the form of pipe flat head/pipeextension;

2. Mainly used inindustries such as chemical, food, heat exchangers, air conditioning, boilers,etc;

3. The positioningmethod can be divided into pneumatic elastic clamp positioning or operationframe positioning. Generally, pipes below 19mm are positioned using theoperation frame, and pipes above 19mm are positioned using a balancer;
