2.Welding robot workstation workflow(1) First, fix the product tobe welded on the platform of the rotary positioning machine. This can ensurethat the product can be repeatedly installed, prevent the workpiece from fallingduring the welding process, and avoid welding deformation in certain areas.
(2) Obtain the processingprogram required in robot welding control
(3) Press the start button ofthe positioner, and then the welding robot automatically performs position weldingof the workpiece on the platform.
(4) After welding, repeat theinstallation again.
(5) Repeat the above steps
3.Workpiece precision requirement:
(1)Thesurface of the work shall not affect the quality of welding oil, rust, moisture;
(2)Mustnot affect the positioning of burrs, etc.;
(3)Theclearance shall be no more than 1mm;
(4)Theconsistency error of the same weld group is less than 0.5m.

1.CNC Welding Robot introduction (Repeatability ±0.1mm)
1.1 CNC Welding Robotis a digital, similar to the 6 axis joint robot, can achieve four axissimultaneous linkage, and efficient implementation of various types of plane 2Dand space 3D arc welding special CNC welding equipment. The main machine iswelded by four axis vertical coordinate system. X, Y and Z are linear axes, andthe C axis is the rotating shaft.

1.1.1 Operation mode: As long as the robot moves the trajectoryby hand and saves each movement point, it can automatically record the weldingtrajectory, greatly saving programming time and making learning simple.
