Fully digitally controlled welding power source 350/500GL5
GL5 offers theexcellent welding performance for mild steel and stainless steel, achieving thelight-spatter short-circuit transfer at low current. As standard configuration,the root welding function is ideal for the root pass and large gap welding. Theextendable Deepen deep penetration function can be widely applied to the thickplate deep penetration and root pass welding. A variety of optional processsoftware packages expend the machine to meet the strict requirements of specialmaterials and processes. It's also possible to customize and develop specialprocess software just for you . The built-in IoT module and analogcommunication interface as well as the expandable digital interface enable GL5to work with the automatic special purpose machine and robot.

1.IBC (IniArcand BBK Control )
Arc-starting and ball-cutting control technology, thearc-ignition adopts asynchronous surface acceleration control, dynamicallyadjusts the arc-ignition energy, can quickly establish and stabilize the moltenpool, and improve the success rate of arc-starting; the burn-back adopts thecontrollable dynamic ball cutting technology to improve the meltingTheuniformity of the ball size; at the same time, the shortening of the arcignition and the reburning time can accelerate the welding tempo and improvethe production efficiency.
2. ALC (Arc Length Consistence )
Pulsed arclength control, dynamically adjusts the pulse parameters during the weldingprocess to ensure that the arc length is constant in the event of externaldisturbances (such as dry elongation changes), while improving the dynamiccharacteristics and adaptability of the arc; uniform pulse frequencyAdjustmentmakes the welding sound softer, which greatly reduces the noise generated bywelding; strictly controls the transition form of one pulse and one drop,improves the consistency of droplet drop, improves weld quality and reduceswelding defects.

3. Deepen (Deep-penetratingArc )
The deepthrough-arc is through a series of changes in the shape of the arc, obtainingthe arc resonance mode while increasing the current density, making the arcpenetrating and achieving a large penetration depth.The free-driving of thepenetration depth can be achieved by stepless adjustment of the arc energydistribution of the deep arc.
4. Root
Root is ashort-circuit transition method with low heat input.Through fine waveformcontrol, the arc is more stable, the heat input is lower, and the droplettransfer is more uniform, thus improving the arc bridge capability, especiallysuitable for large gap welding, beveling and bottom welding.When the bottomwelding is performed, the amount of clearing work is greatly reduced, evenwithout clearing the roots, and the back is transparent and smooth, and thevertical and vertical welding can reduce the swing or even the swing.
5. HL-Pulse
The HL-Pulse pulse, also called double pulse,superimposes low frequency pulses on high frequency pulses, fast welding athigh pulses and low weld heat input at low pulses.The heat input is regulatedby an alternating stepped output of energy, and a fish scale-like weld can beobtained without swinging.Commonly used for sheet metal welding of aluminum andstainless steel.
6. S-Pulse (SUS pulse)
The S-Pulsepulse contains a variety of stainless steel weld data.For the difference inwelding characteristics between the three-series stainless steel and thefour-series stainless steel, special welding data can be automaticallyobtained, so that the welding arc can reach a stable state and a smooth droplettransfer can be obtained, ensuring a low spatter and a good weld.forming.
