Detail

Pulse gas shielded welding machine is a welding method that utilizes pulse current to achieve droplet transfer. It has no splashing, large melting depth, fine grain size, high weld strength, and is suitable for all position welding. It can achieve stable and high-quality welding from 20 amperes to 500 amperes, and its welding performance is far superior to ordinary gas shielded welding machines. It is the mainstream direction of welding machine development.

1. The functionality of traditional welding machines is achieved through many analog and logic circuits. Each additional function requires the addition of many components. To have two or more functions, many circuit boards are required. This not only significantly increases the cost of the welding machine, but also the performance and reliability of the welding machine will sharply decrease with the increase of components. Therefore, it is difficult for traditional welding machines to integrate multiple welding functions into a single welding machine.

2. The functions of digital welding machines are achieved through software. Adding welding machine functions only requires changing its software, and each functional module is independent of each other. Adding new functions does not affect the original functions and performance, so the functions of digital welding machines can be very rich. For example, the Panasonic GL/GS/GP series welding machines have eight welding methods: manual welding, DC argon arc welding, pulse argon arc welding, argon arc spot welding, gas shielded welding (CO2, MIG, MAG), pulse gas shielded welding, double pulse gas shielded welding, and carbon arc gouging.

3. Each function has many adjustable parameters, and users can easily set the welding machine using the default parameters of the system. They can also finely adjust the welding machine according to different welding requirements to achieve the best welding effect.
